You will need:
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tbsp. baking powder
Here’s how:
- The first thing you need to do is to heat the milk and then pour it into a bowl that is large enough for your feet.

- Then Add the baking powder and mix it well, making sure the temperature is not too hot for you not to burn your fee.
- Now just seat back, relax and let your feet soak for 10 minutes.
