This Mom Bought Her Kids C2 Drinks... But They Were Shocked When She Saw This!

SM and URC is currently getting the heat, after a mother from Paranaque City, Philippines had discovered hazy white stuff in her kids' C2 Apple drink. Read on for more details.

Livy Barros Ddm, posted on her Facebook account, her side of the story about buying a C2 Apple drink and noticing weird, icky stuff are inside it.

On her Facebook account, she posted:

WARNING : PLEASE check before drinking any bottled water or juice. Here is our own personal experience. Last Sunday,April 23,2017 we went to HMR Sucat and bought 1L of C2 drink at SM Hypermarket East Service Road Muntinlupa past 12:30pm before going home to Marikina. Since my kids were thirsty...my husband immediately opened the bottle and gave them to our kids (10 and 5 yrs old respectively). During our travel ...we noticed movement inside the bottle of C2 and checked that there were white viscous streaks in various sizes floating inside. With dismay that we already left the vicinity of Sucat. We went straight to SM hypermarket Riverbanks and reported the incident to the Manager but advised me to report it directly to where I bought the item since it has a different management. I called the SM Supermarket yesterday and informed the manager what had happened. Don't get me wrong ....my intention is not for anything else but just for them to check their items,report the incident to the merchant or supplier to prevent any similar product incidences. I will also inform URC about this to let them know about their product. Sadly my son is suffering now from LBM. I pray he recovers soon. According to Livy, upon seeing the white viscous streaks floating inside the bottle, she went straight to the SM Hypermarket Riverbanks, which is nearer their home. However, SM did not entertain them as the management in the SM Hypermarket is different from the one in Sucat.

What's worse is that Livy's son is suffering from LBM and is suspected that the C2 Apple drink may have been the cause of his illness.

According to the concerned mother, she just wanted to warn everyone before buying ANY beverage, to make sure that nothing strange is inside it.

C2 manufacturer, URC, has not yet talked about the matter. It is still unknown if the social media post already reached the company.
