Although there are more ingredients, for instance: Cocoa butter, chocolate, milk chocolate, milk fat, lactose, peanuts, sugar dextrose, TBGQ, soy lecithin and more, we list the most questionable ones and write about them in this article.

1. Soy Lecithin

Scientists have found out that around 93% of all soy is genetically modified, meaning it is harmful. It can have very negative consequences on reproduction and fertility. Also, it’s connected to breast cancer and might cause various cerebral and behavioral abnormalities.

2. PGPR

PGPR (Polyglycerol polyricinoleate) is made from castor beans and it’s cheaper than cocoa butter, so some manufacturers use it to make extra profits. It may cause allergic reactions and gastrointestinal issues.

3. TBHQ

TBHQ (tert-Butylhydroquinone) comes from petroleum, so it’s pretty toxic. It may cause vomiting, nausea, ear ringing, delirium, and more negative side effects. Also it’s harmful for our lungs and umbilical cells. Stomach cancer is also linked to it.
